RECOVERY WORKSHOP

This all-levels class is focused on client-specific recovery so you can rest, reset, and get back to training at your peak quickly while effectively managing your injury risk throughout any training program. Breathing strategies, foam rolling techniques, trigger point release, mobility work, stretching and movement flow are combined to help you feel your best day in and day out. Sometimes the best way to take your training to the next level is to take it easy.


LOW & SLOW

This class enables participants to experience the true benefit of low level conditioning. Learn about your energy systems and how to control your heart rate (HR) with precision. A heart rate monitor is REQUIRED for participation, as well as 24-hour advance sign up. Prior to class, your coach will contact you about how to determine your resting HR as well as how to calculate your target HR zone and your HR recovery. These metrics will be use to determine your individualized recovery strategy in class.
